Will Harmon |
Senior Pastor, Will Harmon, has
served at Cavanaugh Free Will Baptist Church since August 1997. He serves as Chairman of
the Board of Trustees for Hillsdale Free Will Baptist College.
He is a member of the National Sunday School and Christian Education Board for the National Association of Free Will Baptists. He is the
Moderator for the Unity Association of the state of Arkansas. Pastor Will Harmon accepted Jesus Christ as Savior at the age of six. He recognized the call to ministry at the age of 11 and began preaching at the age of 12. His desire has always been to pastor a local church, which he has done in Texas and Arkansas. Pastor Will Harmon's deepest desire is to "lead and feed the people of Cavanaugh Free Will Baptist Church." Pastor Will Harmon is originally from Midland, Texas. He graduated from Hillsdale Free Will Baptist College in 1983 with a Bachelor's degree in Theology. After graduating from Hillsdale, he earned a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. Pastor Will Harmon married in 1983, and he has three children. |
| Kendall Ross, Minister of Music and Church
Development, began his ministry at Cavanaugh Free Will Baptist Church in April 1988,
serving in part-time music ministry for ten years. He was employed by Rheem from
1987 to 1998 as an Engineer, and was later promoted to Engineering Manager. He
surrendered to the call of full-time ministry in October 1997. In May 1998, he began
his full-time ministry serving both as Minister of Music and as Minister of Church
Development. As Minister of Church Development, Kendall serves as the administrator
of Cavanaugh Free Will Baptist Church and the Cavanaugh Children's Center. As
Minister of Music, Kendall's heart lies in "helping people to focus on Jesus Christ
for the purpose of worshipping from their hearts." Kendall Ross is originally from Muldrow, Oklahoma. Kendall was married in 1984. In 1986, he graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Presently, Kendall is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Leadership and Ministry from Hillsdale Free Will Baptist College. Kendall has three children and four foster children. |

Jason Nichols |
Jason Nichols has served as Youth
Pastor at Cavanaugh Free Will Baptist Church since August 1997. He was called into
full-time ministry in May 1995. Jason developed a burden for youth while he was in
college. His goal for the youth of Cavanaugh Free Will Baptist Church is to
"introduce teenagers to Jesus Christ, equip them to grow in their faith and help them
to reach others for God's kingdom." Jason is originally from Pryor, Oklahoma. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and from Hillsdale Free Will Baptist College with a Bachelor's degree in Theology. Jason was married on January 1, 2000. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, working out and woodworking. |
| Children's Pastor, Johnny Miller, answered the
call to ministry at the age of 18. Since 1979, he has ministered to children and
teenagers. Presently, his ministry includes children's evangelism in which he teaches
children about Jesus Christ at various camps and crusades. Another important aspect of
Johnny's ministry is his talent for song writing. Johnny writes children's music to help
teach children about Jesus. In one of Johnny's songs, he explains that his hope for
children is that they will commit their lives to Jesus in such a way that they will say,
"I won't turn back. I've made my choice. I'm following Jesus because I heard His
voice. When He spoke to my heart and showed me the way, I've made up my mind and I won't
turn back." Johnny Miller is originally from Claypool, Indiana. He has attended Free Will Baptist Bible College and is presently pursuing his Bachelor's degree in Bible and Adult Leadership from Hillsdale Free Will Baptist College. He married in 1977 and has three children. |
